ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I was the person who was afraid of the dentist and terrified about what my experience would be with braces. The team, special shout out to Brooke & Hannah, were super understanding and made the experience completely painless, emotionally/mentally. The front desk staff, shout out to Lisa & Marci, for being flexible and accommodating. 20/10 would recommend for all.

Always the best! From the front desk to the assistants and doctors. The staff is so personable and professional. This is my first experience with ortho and it couldn’t have been better. Honestly love going to this office. I feel so lucky to have this team assisting me with something so intimidating for me. I have struggled with my confidence due to my teeth and now I can confidently smile and enjoy picture taking. Jessica and Kim were super helpful coordinating my treatment plan and the nicest people. Brooke was my assistant all the way through. She is so sweet and makes you feel so at ease, it’s almost fun going to the dentist! I will always recommend this staff to anyone. I’m so happy to be a patient at Williamsburg Orthodontics!

Highly reccomend Williamsburg Orthodontics. We were visiting on vacation and they gave us an immediate appointment to fix my son’s broken brace. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Can’t thank them enough!

Hannah and Paola are the best Clinical Assistants I have ever met. I was on vacation in Williamsburg when I experienced lots of pain as a result of the wire from my braces being out and piercing my cheeks. I could barely eat or open my mouth. I called their office and was immediately scheduled to be seen. No questions were asked and there was no hesitation in them seeing me though I was not a patient of their clinic. The appointment in total took about 15 minutes. They fixed the wire and applied wax to both ends to decrease the likelihood of feeling any discomfort from the wire. I am truly in awe of the customer service received. They went above and beyond which is not too common these days. If I could commute back and forth to this office for orthodontic care I would! Unfortunately, I live in Boston. Nonetheless, I recommend this office to others. Also, very clean and comfortable office located in a nice area.

We are out of town and my son has braces. The wire was poking him while we’re on vacation and the dental company he normally sees was unable to get him for an emergency visit. I called around for local urgent places and ran across The Norge Dental Place in Williamsburg. They referred me to Williamsburg Orthodontics. I called them and spoke to Hannah. She didn’t hesitate to see my son and made sure he was ok for our stay. I am so grateful for their kindness and quickness. Whether you are out of town or a local. They are wonderful. Go see them!!!! If I lived here, I would switch offices. My son ranted about how nice they were the whole ride back to our hotel.
