I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a good experience with the whole team. Dr. Sigmon is very gentle and talented, and has seamlessly completed both simple and complex restorations for me that look and feel great for years to come. I highly recommend this practice!

We love everything about White Oak Family Dentist. Extremely helpful and respectful of your time. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. I'm in and out quickly.
They offer excellent plans for people like me without insurance.

I really enjoyed the hygienist. She is temp there but I hope she'll work there permanently. I'd like her to always clean my teeth. The dentist Rachel was so polite kind and gentle. I felt like the experience was very very detailed and excellent. I'll look forward to going back in six months. The front desk people were nice. The atmosphere was very good. A TV on ceiling was really cool while my teeth got cleaned I watched the HGTV. My favorite when I get time. My teeth feel great today after the excellent cleaning.
Thanks for making my first visit a great experience.

Became a new patient 06/25/2024, & all I can say is “WOW” -world class customer service from the time I walked in, to the time my dental care & check-out was done! Makayla (which I hope i spelled correctly) took really good care of me & mapped out a dental care plan that I feel confident & excited about. Thank you so much for having such an amazing staff, & a Dental Team that specializes in excellence, patience & building long last-patient relationships. I can’t wait to refer my colleagues, family & friends so that they may too experience 1st care service whenever there maybe a dental need to arise or routine cleaning! Usually great and very gentle but this time they were so rough poking me in the gums and I noticed she purposely didn't schedule a next appointment with me. The new dentist was also a little loud and rough not telling me when she was going to put her hand in my mouth moving my head all around while she had her hand in my mouth etc. It was just a weird experience :( bring back the quiet gentle dentist that never gives me any info about my teeth and ushers me out without saying anything at least she's considerate.
I would have gladly left this feedback privately but I wasn't given that option, I was only asked to leave a public review.
