I LOVE THIS ORTHODONTICS OFFICE!!! From the initial contact (one year ago) until now, the staff have treated with much care and support. My daughter is enjoying the opportunity of wearing braces. She is constantly looking in the mirror admiring the drastic shift of her beautiful smile 😊 Special thank you to Dr. White-Brown and her entire staff 🫶🏽

When I had braces with them from the ages 14-17 it was horrible, you could never reschedule an appt. Depending on who was up front they were rude, lots of the people in the back were wonderful though. They did a HORRIBLE job on my retainers. Ended up having to get braces again simply due to the fact the dentist at the time (2017) decided not to pull any teeth (my teeth were obviously overcrowded) and told a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL that he didn’t want my lips to thin out and I get lip fillers when I was older…. Who says that to a teenager!!! News flash with my current braces, no thinning of my lips. Just avoid this place!! It costed my dad $8000 back in 2017, I am currently paying way less than that at my new place in 2024.
My experience here is superb! I was first a patient here so naturally I am letting my daughter get the same top tier experience. !The staff is the friendliest and always a warm greeting with smiles . Everyone is very knowledgeable of their responsibilities and always professional. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Dr. White Brown is so willing to openly discuss any concerns I may have . They are all so patient with the process. Also i would be remiss if I didn’t mention how the payment planned helped me out being a single mom. It allows me an affordable payment plan to be able to get my daughter into her braces as needed. I would recommend Dr. White-Brown and her staff to anyone looking for an orthodontist who knows her business. Thanks for the continued professionalism we have every time we have visited either office. Keep up the good work guys it’s much appreciated.
I love White Brown Smiles. Everyone is so nice. They are very professional. They make my daughter feel very comfortable during her visit. They've done that since day one. I feel that they respect their patients' time. You don't have to wait long to be seen. I've really enjoyed our experience with White Brown Smiles.
