I had a great experience throughout my Invisalign treatment up until I went in for my retainer check. I paid for my service up front and signed the contract in April of 2022 and got an email that it was time for my August appointment( a normal appointment reminder). I’ve had no issues with my retainers and wouldn’t have gone except that I thought this was my final appointment. I make the appointment (despite having an extremely busy schedule) and go in yesterday to be told I have to pay an office visit fee of $122(august 2024). This was the first I had heard I would need to pay for this office visit and when I call the office manager to discuss I’m told this is in the contract I signed and they will try to make sure the office staff mentions there is an office fee associated with the visit in the future. So I was expected to remember a clause in the contract I signed 2.5 years ago with no other mention beyond that of an additional office fee. Just disappointed this is my last experience with this office. If you decide to proceed with this office just beware of potential extra office fees you’ll need to reference your contract for!!!
Wonderful experience. Every staff member is so nice and caring from the moment you walk in the door. Teeth look great and they do a great job of making sure you're a happy customer. Highly recommend if you're looking at teeth realignment.

Great staff and great doctors. Although they were running late, I didn't feel rushed. The process was throughly explained. Dr. H provides a welcoming and fun environment.
