Dr. Warner's office is not fancy. I do not need a fancy office, though. I've gone to fancy offices before, and they've tried to pressure me into extra cosmetic procedures. She is one of the original dentists in Bluffton, is intellingent and knows her stuff. She has never tried to get me to have any extra work done. She is straight forward, truthful, and really takes great care of my teeth. This is exactly what I want and need in a dentist. I trust her. The receptionist is also very personable.

I come to Dr. Warner once a year for my annual cleaning. She also filled a cavity for me. She is the most efficient dentist I have been to in years and Susan her receptionist/assistant is very kind and is always able to get me in fairly quickly.

My daughter came here when she was pregnant and 6 months along, she needed a cleaning and assessment to prepare for dental work after pregnancy.
It's been a while since then, but I feel I should share her experience here because she has to travel 3 hours for a dentist that accepts her insurance other than here.
When they cleaned her teeth, the dentist kept getting water everywhere,
all over her dress, her glasses, her face and neck. She asked to be able to wipe it, the woman used the paper they were putting the tartar on and wiped the tartar on her face.
Then proceed to scrape at her gums and teeth and she yelled in pain over and over and they didn't even stop or numb her for the deep cleaning which she didn't tell her what all she was going to be doing.
She said her face smelled so foul and her dress was ruined and her glasses were absolutely filthy, mind you they were brand new and very expensive.
She had maternity photos to go to later that day that we scheduled months ago and wasn't feeling well from the stress of the expertise and throwing up from the nausea of the experience and horrible bedside manners of the dentist and assistant.
If I could give 0 stars, I would give negative 5.
Horrible to think this place is still running.

First of all, I am very surprised about the first review. My family has been going to Dr. Warner for over 20 years now. Frankly we find her extremely straight forward and probably one of the most reasonably priced dentists in our area. I will say that her office is definitely no thrills and could use an updating, but none of that has anything to do with her knowledge and general professionalism. She truly cares about her patients!!!
