I have been to several dentists in the area and I am impressed with this team. Jasmine who manages the front desk and new intakes was extremely kind, professional and welcoming. She sold me on moving our entire family of 7 to them. I had my first visit today and the dentist and entire ofc staff was great. They explained what I needed to get done and what my out of pocket would be. No surprises! I am happy to have found a great dental practice (finally!) where I feel welcomed and treated well. I recommend them 100%

I was looking for a new dental practice and decided to try Wake Crossroads Family Dentistry based on good reviews. I've had two visits with Dr. Koneru as well as a cleaning. I had special concerns and the entire staff took great care to make me comfortable so that I could be treated safely. Everyone from the front desk and office staff to the hygienist, dental assistant and doctor are outstanding. Dr. Koneru took time to explain needed procedures and answer questions. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Today was my first visit and their customer service was exceptional. This is the first time that every step was thoroughly explained and they were attentive to my needs. My teeth look and feel great! I will be back!

Everyone at the practice is always so nice and really focus on their patients. They always go over all your options with you and walk through everything that’s being done, along with following up with you. I would recommend them to everyone, especially as someone who gets anxious going to the dentists.
