Got an appointment within a few days of calling them Walked in the door and my appointment started before I could sit down. Was x-rayed and in the dentist chair within 15 minutes maybe less. Staff was very professional and nice. Dentist office was clean. Dentist explained everything to me about my procedure step by step, leaving me with no worries. My dental work left me satisfied and my tooth and much better shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

When hey say they take care if emergencies even with new patients, you better believe it. Came to my last minute rescue to extract a tooth so I won't miss my vacation next week. Every one was very nice and explained all steps in great detail, I had no questions to asked as they were answered before hand. I will definitely be changing to this practice for all my dental needs even though they are over an hour from my home. 5+ Stars for the staff at the Short Pump office

I must say I always have a great experience. I basically have very sensitive teeth’s and always very scared to go to dentist. But VA dentistry has always taken very good care and helped me with a fantastic experience. The staff, the dentist technician and doctors are very courteous, empathetic and basically nice people.

Doctor Tran is the best dentist I have ever been to during my 76 years! She is thorough and very caring and professional. The entire staff is so personable, thoughtful, and efficient as well. I am so blessed to have found Virginia Family Dentistry to take care of all my dental needs.

Virginia Family Dentistry is a well managed business. Most importantly, it is a one stop shop, you can get all your dental needs under the same roof. My husband was able to see Dr. Tran the next day when he had an issue with his tooth. Someone from the office would call and remind us about the appointment 48 hours prior. There are many exam room and the whole building is nice and clean. Convenient location, plenty of parking, friendly customer service. This is a place liked by many others.
