I don't have any regrets with my investment, and I only have Dr. Chelian & staff to be grateful to. Don't think just do it! They'll do the work. You just have to show up and be consistent

Let’s start with…. WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN!!! Nothing but excellent communication From the first phone call to the day of my son's appointment. Any questions I had, I was able to text the office and received a response promptly. When you walk in, you are greeted by their friendly receptionist. I should’ve gotten her name. Our appt was at 10 am; we walked in at 9:56 and were called to the back within 5 minutes. It is spotless. I love the atmosphere. All the staff were friendly (because I watched every interaction they had with other patients ), even when they interacted with each other. The doctor is AMAZING!! A caring, knowledgeable patient, he answered all my concerns and looked at my teeth with no problem. Pricing….. AFFORABLE!! As a single mother with insurance (not government), I can still afford it! I would give this place 1000/10. We walked in as new customers, and we signed our agreement the same day. Thank you so much. I can't wait to start this journey.

This office is amazing. They offer interest-free payment plans for retainers and Invisalign, making it accessible for all budgets. They always explain what’s going on to the patient in a way they can understand and not over confuse them. The team is very friendly and helpful, and if you have any questions or concerns, the doctor always takes his time to listen and answer. They simplify everything so that you don’t become too overwhelmed and can stick to the process. Great team!

Urban orthodontics great place to go when getting braces. Everyone there is super nice and comforting. This very nice girl, named Maha has been assisting me putting my braces on and has been doing a great job.

This place is just amazing all around. The customer service is just completely phenomenal as they treat you with good hospitality making you feel completely welcome. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an orthodontist dentist office where they get things done fast and efficiently.
