Had an appt today and called to inquire about rescheduling as I would be 15 mins late. Got here at 4:15 and called advising I was walking down the hall. I walked in the door with the clock turning 4:16 and was advised the hygienist left. It would’ve been fine if they had rescheduled me when they called however I was 30 mins away when I wanted to reschedule but was told it would be fine. Poor customer service. Manager said hygienist left one minute ago and if I would like to reschedule…of course I wouldn’t. Communication needs to be clearer.
The entire staff at UDA is friendly and helpful! I could not be happier with my experience and Dr. Schiavone did a great job on my wisdom teeth surgery. Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful in answering my questions about insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend UDA to anyone!
Enter Atrium Health from the Miller St., upper level deck entrance. UDA is up the staircase and at the end of the hall on the left. Friendly, courteous, patient staff. Made sure we understood everything about upcoming procedure. Highly recommend.
Great place for all of your dental needs. Extremely clean and super nice staff! The Kids look forward to coming to have different colors added during braces adjustment.
