Horrible office workers! They never answer the phone. Tried to make an appointment for my son, I’ve been trying since FEBRUARY! Each time I’m able to actually get through, I’m told I need to call on a certain day. When I call on the day, I’m told I have to call back at a certain time. When I call at the specified time I’m met with a voicemail that all new patient appointments are FUL. How is it that the new patient appointments are full when you stated that I had to call back at 2? Not even a half hour later and everything is FULL?! When dealing with children you should HAVE A HEART! No compassion from the dental office, you all should get other jobs. You sound like you’re eating when answering the phone and act like you don’t even want to be bothered! McDonald’s is always hiring, so is Burger King!

Unprofessional people on the phone. I think they get off on not helping people. It's absolutely insane to get an appointment. Took my daughter 6 months to get in. And unfortunately one of the few places that accept Medicaid. So they know you can't go anywhere else and love making sure you don't get help. Don't forget if its an emergency....just send a picture and they'll determine if it's bad enough. Literally what I was told. Do yourself a favor and save up money to find somewhere who cares. This place is useless.

My son Maximillian Williams was seen today by Cali and Dr. Chin they were above and beyond amazing and professional explaining everything and my child was so comfortable and they pulled teeth faster than I thought possible and no pain for my child five stars wish I could give 10 stars. Love their office and all staff.

Honestly just disappointed. My son was referred to an oral surgeon a few years ago but due to his age I have been unable to find anyone in our area to see him. I finally found this office & was told that yes, they can see him at his age & have the ability to do the surgery (if that’s what they see fit) but I would have to call back at a specific date & time to schedule the new patient appointment. I felt hopeful that we’d finally get this issue resolved as all these years without help have caused other teeth to shift & grow where they’re not supposed to. Today was the day to call & after countless attempts I was unable to get through the line (like many others who have left reviews). I just feel like there’s got to be a better way for them to set appointments. Even if the appointment were to be scheduled several months out, just having a date secured would be a sigh of relief for me. The oral surgeons around me will not touch my son until he’s 12 so we’re looking at another two years of this issue, which as a parent is worrisome having to wait that long on top of the years already gone by.

My original review was a 3 star like every person who has to wait we tend to loose patience. They did warn me before I began calling that its aggressive. I had three phones going at once. BUT I was able to get through and I made the cut!🙌🙏 I have been with them for a couple months now. They are great with kids my son actually likes going to his appointments. The staff is super patient and attentive. They all remember my son name as well talk about IMPRESSIVE I must say. So far I am pleased with UF pediatric Dentistry!
