I love this dental office. Meagan is the absolute best and has made me not be terrified of getting my teeth clean. Dr. Turner is just as friendly, professional, and kind as Meagan! Highly recommend.

I went here two years ago to fix 3 small cavities and get a cleaning, but they did extra work that I didn't ask for or was even made aware of, which has caused damaged to the condition of my teeth.
When I left the appointment, I noticed that they had filed down the surfaces of my front teeth (I had a small bump on the surface of them which had been there my whole life and wasn't harmful at all) and noticed they had also filed down both teeth and put a "filling" over where the other had a very slight chip, which I'd also had for years. The "filling" for that fell out after a week.
The actual cavity fixes were also problematic in that one had the composite fused into the healthy tooth behind the cavity that was filled and was causing a lot of pain, and the other bigger one had a similar problem. I went back after a week and told them I was in a lot of pain where I hadn't been in any before, and they grinded them down to help fix the bite but nothing else. The one tooth is still "fused" to the healthy one and I can feel one of those fillings beginning to fail.
During the cleaning, they also did not apply the protective enamel coating after, and whatever they did to my front teeth has permanently damaged my mouth. I can now feel the "layers" of enamel on my front teeth and they're no longer smooth, and where I had very minimal problems in my mouth before I know have a lot of issues. I've been using re-mineralizing treatments and using the most gentle of brushes I can find, but the condition of my teeth in general are just getting worse and worse where they had no issues like this before.
I think the dentists and staff had nice personalities and do decently by a lot of patients, but I feel like since I was a new patient from out of state I kind of got pushed into "we don't care" pile and now I'm stuck with permanent damage in my mouth and a random huge bill because they never billed me until now and want 700$ worth of "late fees". (:

Been going here for at least 15-20 years and I’m very phobic when it comes to dentistry. They’ve made me very comfortable and always are super nice and experts at what they do
