My son came here and the dentist was rude and was not helpful. Just said keep his teeth clean and we will see about braces later. This has happened twice. What a waste of time. We decided to go else where and just pay out of pocket. My daughter came as well and the male dentist was rude and explained things in a very unkind and condescending way. We won’t be back!!! I don’t recommend anyone coming here. My 8 year old daughter never wants to go back and I don’t blame her. I’m so disappointed that we tried this location!!!
My children go here and the staff and doctors are so sweet. Doctor Matt is the best and so cool. I love how professional and helpful everyone is. Great place!
A great office with great doctors. Dr. Lea and Dr. Matt are some of the best as well as their team. Highly recommend to everyone!
Scheduling is Horrible! They don’t give any type of grace period and Tina the manager is so rude. Definitely would not recommend!! I use to go here and it has definitely changed over the years.
The orthodontists and dental assistants are all kind and professional but I HATE having to call and speak to the CSR there is one in particular, she needs to watch her tone and delivery of how she speaks to clients, paying clients! She needs a lesson in phone etiquette. I don’t need the deep sighing when I’m trying to explain myself. Disappointed with this particular area of service they provide to customers.
