I wanted to share my experience at this location. During my visit, I interacted with the woman at the front desk, who I believe is the office manager named Chelsea. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement when it comes to customer service training. It's essential to treat people with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the way the staff communicated with clients. The condescending and snarky tone used was unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and was unaware of any specific policy regarding lateness. When I sought clarification, the response I received was extremely rude. I even tried to reschedule my appointment, but the interaction ended with an unpleasant and snarky remark. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of explaining policies politely and finding solutions. The combative tone used by the staff member was quite off-putting. I sincerely hope that this behavior does not reflect the office manager's approach, as it might be necessary to reconsider the management team. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointment with this experience.
Please be aware of this company. Scammers at its finest with the ring lead receptionist doing the billing. My husband and I went in March for a general cleaning and was advised that we both needed a deep cleaning along with a bunch of other/extra procedures she priced-on that went along with the deep cleaning which was outrageous pricing. I declined all the extra services. My husband and I were both charged individually 400$.. per person for only cleaning one side of our mouth only. I knew that was pricing was outrageous for us to be paying 400$ per person for only that procedure for one side of the mouth. We paid the entire bill in full before leaving. I let it go and canceled all future appointments with them. Noticing as well that same day three other clients standing in line one by one disputing their bill. Then received another bill at my home three months later in June for a service that never took place. They actually bill my insurance company the 2nd time around which they caught it and declined it. Sending us the remaining balance as if a service took place. This time around we took action by driving to the building because you can’t never get through the phone line or they don’t return calls to have a professional conversation about the charges. We made it up there and the receptionist states this was made in error and zero out stating this should have never been billed to us when she does the billing. We called our insurance company to make sure they wasn’t scammed as well and was told that they had declined the claim and never received the first claim in may. They advised us that the company charge us what should have been sent and billed to our insurance company in March. Even with the billing going to insurance for the real service in March they had false codes on our paperwork for services that they didn’t even perform. Our insurance company advised us to place a claim with them, and that’s a start to how we will receive our money back.
I’m truly not a fan of the Dentist…but everyone that I encountered was nice as well as professional. The Dr. Mia was knowledgeable and walked through every step. They didn’t look to fix the “problem” but discuss solutions. Overall, great visit!
I am new to area and have a fear of dentist. Dr mia was excellent her assistant was proficient ,patient and very kind. Her staff was wonderful and positive. I felt very safe
To say that I was disappointed as to the manner of which my stepdaughter and her mother was spoken to and treated by the management of this establishment would be an understatement. Nobody should be treated this way and I am appalled. Mad dad here.There are plenty of other job selections you could have chosen if you have no people skills or tact in “helping people “
