If you are looking for an excellent orthodontist you can TRUST, Tisseront Orthodontics is your place! Such a nice fun environment, friendly and caring team and staff, and best Doctor! I wish every Doctor’s office was like that. During the free consultation they explained everything in details, took images and created a plan that worked for our needs. Dr. Tisseront is very caring and knowledgeable with many years of experience. They don’t rush you and take time explaining and working with you. They have a free ice- cream machine in the office , and an office dog that would let you pet it during visit. The words of my 9 year old: “The customer service is awesome!”:)

I loved my experience at Tisseront Orthodontics and continue to have great results and awesome post-care support from Dr. Tisseront and his team after graduating from lingual braces almost 8 years ago! I went to Dr. Tisseront in 2014 at age 26 for lingual braces. The lingual braces were a great solution for me as an adult. I was still establishing my career, so I wanted something discreet that would not make me self-conscious. I had also been through traditional braces twice before with not so great results, so Dr. Tisseront and I made a plan for permanent retainers after my treatment ended to ensure I would not have shifting again. I saw a lot of this team over the 2.5 years of treatment and I can say that their attention to detail was always topnotch and they made sure I was satisfied with my care. Permanent retainers don’t last forever, so my top one did finally fail in late 2022. I had it replaced by another orthodontist because I live in Richmond now. That one failed this year so I just made the drive back to see Dr. Tisseront & team and they were wonderful as ever. They helped me with my issue and we made a plan for if something breaks again. Things happen and you may not always be so lucky, but if you can—always go back to Dr. Tisseront for help with post-care. It is so well worth it!

Tisseront orthodontics has been great. Dr Tisseront take great pride in his work and is committed to excellent results. The office is always clean and well organized, the staff are always very friendly, professional and available when issues arise. The whole operation is run smoothly, and anyone would be fortunate to have access to this level of quality and service. If you have to get braces, get them here.
