Just completed my aligner treatment with Dr. Chung. I’m a retiree and wasn’t sure about going through with the process at my age. I am so happy that I did and can’t thank Dr. Chung and her staff enough. The end result is amazing and I highly recommend her to people of all ages. Her attention to detail and the professionalism of her team were exceptional!

I had such a terrible experience with Dr. Chung as a child. I went to her when I was in the 6th grade I believe, and every time I went for an appointment, she was rude, dismissive, and never listened to me. She kept my braces on for longer than expected, and when I asked for her to take my braces off SOPHOMORE year of high school, she rudely told me, "You'll never amount to much in life since you're just taking the easy way out by getting your braces off 'early'." First of all, this is a DOCTOR telling this to a patient. My mom and I were horrified, and my mom tried to stand up for me, but Dr. Chung was rude to her too. It was disheartening to be treated like that by a doctor. Hopefully, since this was a few years ago, her treatment towards patients have gotten better. However, now since my braces were on for a crazy amount of time, I have endured terrible TMJ problems, bite problems, and weak teeth. All specialists I've been to tell me it is due to my braces being left on longer than necessary.

Dr. Chung is an exceptional orthodontist. She is a perfectionist who always goes above and beyond with her patients. Her staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. She corrected my husband’s teeth later in life and I can hardly believe the transformation when I look back at photos.
We brought our daughter to Dr. Chung at an early age, as she had many issues when she started her treatment plan. Dr. Chung spent a great deal of time explaining the entire process and guided us through every step. The end result was outstanding! In fact, our daughter was just voted “nicest smile” in her graduating senior class and we would agree!
We are so grateful for Dr. Chung’s amazing work and for our daughter’s beautiful smile. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is fabulous in every sense of the word and I cannot imagine using another orthodontist!
