I came into ideal dental in search for a great dentist to see if I can get extra care for my teeth and see what type of options they had for me. Marisol was very thorough and explained different procedures and informed me about payment options; if that what would best benefit me. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable to pursue my choice in choosing them as my dentist. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for more work there. Thanks to them I feel confident in my smile. 😃

Very unfortunate to have had an appointment before I knew of their poor practice and promises. They don't check anything properly or do the treatments well. I called to have a poorly done job fixed that resulted in my family member cutting their lip, only to have been told that they were unable to accommodate it (despite the paper we were given after saying they would). As well as being told they were a one-dentist practice (they have had ~4 in the last year), which results in long wait times. With my youngest daughter, the dentist made inappropriate comments and questions that made her highly uncomfortable. The receptionist was also pushy and condescending to me on numerous occasions. For the price, time, and quality, it's not worth it to come here.

Was understanding of my fears of dentists, was patient with me and was accommodating. Was there for a pulled tooth that was broken and nerve exposed. Other offices I called told me 5 months and 2 months wait for me to get the tooth pulled. It took 4 days here and that was only because I had an infection otherwise they'd have pulled it 4 days ago. Highly recommend this place to everyone in need of dental work.
