*Update* I emailed them a photo of my lip 5 days later because it still hurt so badly and was huge and the dentist did call me rapidly to schedule a time for me to come back in to take a look at what happened. He apologized and said I should have been told to come back in when I called the first day. They were able to laser my lip because it turned into an ulcer and said I most likely bit it at the end of the cavity appointment. So not a drill injury but still odd nonetheless. Everyone that works there is very nice I have just been to more organized dental practices that I unfortunately moved far away from.
I’m a new patient at the Leesburg Dentists and came to get a cavity filled on my back molar. Somehow the newer dentist here cut my front lip in multiple places and it’s still very swollen a day and a half later. There was a chunk of my gum hanging off like a jellyfish tentacle 😷. He was rushing to get to the next patient (I know because multiple people asked him when he’d be done with me) and must have hit the drill against my lip. I couldn’t tell what happened until I got home because I was numbed. I called to ask about it and was told to swish with salt water.

We moved here in 94 and needed a new dentist. At the time it was Drs Bob and Joy. We were very happy to see them grow and here it’s 30 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! We’re like family!

So very glad that I found this practice. Dr. Karoline is SO great at what she does and always makes me feel relaxed and informed. She and her staff (Lina) are the very best!!! Thank You.

Wonderful Dental office. Today they were able to fit me in eventhough they were busy. Very professional run operation and the dental hygienist and Dr. were thoughtful, accommodating and extremely skilled in their area of expertise.
Words cannot say enough. Recommend this practice for your dental care.

I have been going to Dr. Bob at Leesburg Dentists for several years. It's a good sign when you see the same staff members year after year. There's very little turnover, if any. Everyone is on a first name basis. When I first went to Dr. Bob, I came to him because my then dentist wanted to perform a lot of work on my mouth and she didn't accept insurance. Dr. Bob found most of the work unnecessary and takes most dental insurance. What a relief! I not only saved financially but also his gentle ways saved me from the pain and anguish of dental work that was unnecessary. Since then I go to him every six months and such schedule has afforded me very few dental procedures.
