The Kecoughtan office is the repeatedly the most uncustomer focused and communication challenged office. They simply don't appear to share information with each other. While the new office is aesthetically nice, systemic leadership issues prevail. There are significant opportunities for improvement around customer relations, communication and organization. When a person confirms an appointment in person and still has an appointment canceled 10 minutes before the appointment, it is clear that there is a gap in communication. This is a small office and there is simply no excuse. I have had friends leave their practice with similar complaints, but I've always wanted to give them the benefit. I hope with the new fresh building, they also take a look at their processes. This is about your customer.
Update - I have to update this review and say that while I was not happy with what happened, I was very impressed with the fact that the dentist personally called to apologize. That was unexpected and truly a people centered thing to do and I am very grateful for her.

Hello! After a longer waiting period for a dental cleaning than usual, (10 year patient) the wait was worthwhile.
Ms. Gabi Green was very considerate, caring and patient with my anxiety and feeling uneasy about the upcoming treatment plan. She gave me the reassurance that everything was going to be okay.

Majority of the staff is nice but the sparkle lady was rude & I don’t think she knows what she’s doing or this office is just money hungry. The treatment plan made no sense saying I’ve already used towards $1000 on my plan when that was my first appointment & cleaning of the year. They just wanted more money out of pocket. I went to a different dental office and they gave me a quote of $200 less. How coincidental.

Had a very bad experience here filling a tooth the short male dentist was very unperfessional and unpleasant and use zero manners he fill my tooth and now everything stuck in it and left a sharp edge worst dentist ever do my tooth the branch in vb is the best as military wr move to hampton thinking we wud get the same service worst ever soo now I had to drive all the way to virginia beach just to get my tooth clean my daughter experience was not good either u lost 3 pple business and others shame

Recently had to return to the foleck center after several years missing. Shame on me. Lol. They welcomed me back and got me seen fast as an emergency for my crown came off on a sticky lollipop. Shame on me again. Lol. Maria the superb Assistant and Dr Limon were absolutely divine! Highly recommend the office and staff!! They continue to impress me 😊!! I love Dr Foleck and his amazing office! Go Team!! My mouth feels great again!
