Unsanitary. I woke up sick this morning and I already know it’s from this dentist office. The person checking my teeth took x rays and would stick their hands in my mouth then touch all over the x ray or all over a computer screen. Just contamination all over the place. She never cleaned the x ray either which just made me think how many other peoples saliva was on that x ray, she just put it away. The tools the doctor used to check my teeth had a bunch of weird stains on them as well. I’m personally a little bit of a germaphobe and this place just made my skin crawl.
There was an obvious ignorance towards sanitation which is extremely concerning since this is a dentist office. The staff was nice but unsanitary conditions in a dental facility is insane.

I was apprehensive about this place and I shouldn’t listened to my gut. The staff is friendly. Getting someone on the phone is like waiting on paint to dry. I had to call for an hour to get someone on the phone. My initial appointment with x-rays were fine. My following appointment rocky. Quoted me two different prices. Even after insurance prepare to pay a car note. Cleaning had to be done in two parts. Cool. Next appointment the following week. They call me and tell me the doctor is no longer covered under insurance and I can reschedule for August or September. The receptionist says they may or may not have a doctor who is in network then. Who wants to go to a dentist and you don’t know if you’ll even get service! Highly disappointed with the experience. The reviews are inflated and I would seek services elsewhere.

I went in for fillings and a bridge my doctor was the absolute sweetest. It’s always a bit nerve racking but from the time I sat in his chair to leaving I felt great. He checked on me made sure I was feeling no pain and actually explained and let me know everything he was doing. Easy to joke with to lighten the tension. Definitely recommend !

This dentist office by far is the best! The ladies at the front desk (June & Seta) are amazing! Professionalism at its finest! You are not treated like a "number" but as a person. They fully explain everything and make sure you have a complete understanding (WITHOUT BEING RUDE) I love Ideal dental!

My hygienist Korrine does an amazing job. She truly cares about the health of her patients and wants them to have a supportive experience in her chair. The dentists and staff are also top tier.
