Life Saving Angels!!! It was another normal day, our daughter had been transitioning for the past year or so in losing her baby teeth with the eruption of her adult teeth. As usual she would complain about some pain here and there as customary but nothing that a little kids Motrin or Tylenol couldn’t mitigate. This time, there was something different. She complain about some pain, we administered the usual dose of Motrin. Throughout the day she continued to complain about her canine tooth. Once again we continued the pain reliever. Night time came along and the pain seemed to get worse. The next morning my daughter was still in pain and now, her left side of her face was swollen beyond recognition. At this point we were stunned and did not know what to do. We remembered we had picked up a paper with a listed business called St. John’s Pediatric Dentistry. We immediately called and a very polite and caring person (Samantha) picked up the phone. We quickly elaborated on our current situation. Now, sure, they could have easily stated come in and let us see what is going on and charged us as the chain dentist did. However, Samantha instructed us to please send in the X-Rays and photos of the current tooth, along side a profile of what my daughter’s face looked like. Samantha stated she would immediately consult with the Dr. and call us back forthwith. Not even 10 min went by, we had our call back. The Dr. at St. John’s along with Samantha urged us we needed to get my daughter to the ER immediately. This action we would later find out would be crucial in improving and essentially life saving my daughter’s condition. We found out my daughter was suffering from facial cellulitis caused by an infected tooth. After spending 2 days at the hospital, my daughter made a full recovery. Nonetheless, it was not over. At the hospital we were advised that even though our daughter’s swelling had decreased, it was crucial getting her seen by a dentist to extract the infected tooth. So we called St. John’s Pediatric Dentistry again. They were able to see my daughter same day. When we walked in, everyone was welcoming and comforting. Major contrast to the chain dentistry where they made us feel like another dollar sign. Alishia walked us to the patient room where she heard our story and walked us through the recommendations. The entire time Alishia completely exceeded our expectations. The level of care and comforting towards our daughter left us genuinely speechless. Then Dr. Sullivan came in and examined our daughter with gentle care. Again, blown away! The entire facility is set in such a way where it caters to children making them feel comfortable. Dr. Sullivan detailed what she would suggest the next course of action should be and we were scheduled for extraction a few days later. Finally, after this long marathon of events, the day was here. On the drive to Dr. Sullivan my daughter expressed she was a little bit scared. We ensured her she was in good hands. We walked in and they were ready for my daughter. This time, Kaley walked us to the room and we shared our adventure timeline. Again, Kaley reassured my daughter and her fear subsided. Dr. Sullivan walked in, conducted the procedure and the genesis, culprit of all this was finally removed. Wow We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at St. John’s Pediatric Dentistry. Life challenges you, however, it is also important to note the angels that are sent our way. That day we had an angel guiding us in the right direction. To all of you: Samantha, Dr. Sullivan, Alishia, and Kaley, from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!

Hands down, St. Johns Pediatric Dentistry is the best in the business. All of our children respond differently while in their chairs, but their level of care never changes. Their care remains outstanding! They have consistently taken care of our children's dental needs, no matter what that may be, with excellence and attention to detail. Both dentists always remember our children's names and have become outstanding role models for our children to look up to. The culture of kindness and professionalism at this practice is next level. I have been taking my now 16 year old here for many years. I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice. Starting from the front desk ladies to the hygienist and the absolute wonderful Dr’s Susie and Laura. They take such genuine care of the kids to make sure they are comfortable and not afraid to go come back. My son actually looks forward to going. They communicate everything in detail and advise of things that could happen if certain care is not taken. I can not say enough about this office. Thank you all for your continued care not only to my child but to our community. It is very much appreciated.
I'm coming here for years we love this little dentist office. Steph is amazing and kind. Almost as if they become family after so long. The dentist patient and caring and will work with your child and whatever their needs may be. Highly recommend. They have TVs in the back for the kids to watch and headphones to watch a movie while they're waiting.
