I have never had an issue with sporting smiles! I have been a customer since around 2021. I have ordered 3 separate retainers & have had an amazing experience with all. Their customer service is super helpful via email & I love that I can afford to get a retainer whenever I need it! I don’t have dental insurance right now so this is the perfect option for me (and even if I get insurance I probably will stick with sporting smiles). I just ordered the whitening kit and I’m super excited about it!

I had a great experience replacing my retainers with Sporting Smiles. I received the at-home impression kit very quickly and was able to make the impressions at home. Customer support with Shannon was super helpful in giving me tips and even sending a replacement impression kit when I messed up the first one.
After sending in the impressions, I received back my retainers within a week and they fit perfectly and I've been using them ever since. Would recommend

Great customer service. Very helpful when checking my impressions. Quick to respond so I able send them in the mail same day. Once I received the retainers one wasn't fitting tightly so they made another (free under warranty) and it worked out much better. They offer good suggestions in their follow-up emails (cleaning etc). Overall positive service. Re-ordered with them. They give a discount for that too.

Great product and great customer service. We mistakenly ordered a kit for our son without realizing that Sporting Smiles cannot make retainers for kids. Oops!
The return window had passed but their customer service team kindly credited us with a backup set of retainers for myself. Much appreciated. Takes some patience to get the self-made impressions right but highly recommend.

Amazing Company! Sporting Smiles is very convenient and low priced. You are getting a great retainer for a quarter of the price then buying from the orthodontist! Any questions you have about anything just email they will get back to you quickly within business hours. My experience has been great and super easy! I just reordered my retainer and the process is even simpler than your first order! I am extremely pleased with my retainers and will most definitely be a returning customer!
