I have never heard of such. Disrespect coming from the lady that I had spoken to on the phone. So here’s the story earlier today I’m called a made an appointment and asked do you know if I wasn’t able to get a ride To the appointment if I could cancel it the lady assured me yes not a problem you know you could cancel it well of course I couldn’t get a ride and needless to say that she neglected to tell me that I would have to pay 102 before scheduling again mind you I’m on narcotics and I’m in Raeford In what sense of mind would a person drive that far or even get behind the wheel at all while on pain medication because of dental work meeting be done and then being turned down because of this office is neglecting towards their policies being told to their new patients.

I was referred to this practice and have spent the last week in excruciating pain trying to get care credit sorted out and I finally got things lined up and called to make an appointment , I was in tears because I have been for days as I have severe nerve pain right now. The lady said there was only a 2pm appointment so I informed her I am on narcotic pain medication and had to figure out a way to pick up my three kids and make it to their office In time I am 45 mins to an hour from them, where she informed me if I need to move my appointment there is one available on Thursday. So I called an hour and a half before my appointment to reschedule for the Thursday appointment and was told they want to charge me a 25.00 fee and now I have to drive almost an hour to bring them the 120 or they won’t make me another appointment . I have never been spoken to so genuinely rude or with such lack of compassion in my life, and I am a medical office manager myself at two practices in the area . Absolutely unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone . Thankfully Day and Night family dental has apologized and referred me to a different specialist . Buyer beware , you do not need to take subpar care because you’re hurting believe me I’ve been in tears over a week and I still wouldn’t go in there after being treated like that. 👌

If you hacked your way through the poorly written reviews that give this office a one star rating, then please read this review as well. I say ‘hacked’ because it really is difficult to get through a review when there is barely a semblance of sentence structure and a lot of whining about personal problems that are not the responsibility of the dentist office staff. If you’ve been in pain, are on narcotics, live a good distance away, or have multiple kid’s schedules to work around...well those are problems you have to solve and then not blame a dentist office when those solutions fall through. We all have lives to work around and it isn’t easy. And yes, professional businesses have hiccups too. So if they have to cancel an appointment on someone then there’s probably a good reason.
That being said, this is an excellent office. My appointment went on time, none of that ‘wait around half an hour after arriving to be seen,’ stuff. All of the staff were professional and kind. They explained all the policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, insurance, co-pay costs, how the procedure works, etc.
I had a root canal done here. My regular dentist does not do posterior root canals so they referred me out to this office.
The doctor was polite to me and the rest of the staff, saying please and thank you when he needed something. The procedure went smooth and was painless.
Everyone knew their jobs and did them well.
Most people who have lots of problems create them and then gripe about them. This office did not create any problems, they just fixed a really big one in my molar. Five stars because I can’t go any higher.
