I'm currently on my clear aligner orthodontics treatment about 4-5 months in and Dr. Lee's office has been very easy to work with. I usually book my appointment mid day Tues/Thurs and was always seen on time. Usually the check ups are quick and easy and I really appreciate that. The whole process was very straightforward and clear and I really appreciate they did virtual consultations at first save me a trip in and provided the cost breakdown upfront.
The only downside is because the location parking isn't always so easy as its across from a school. However that's no fault of the practice. I'm very happy with my choice to go with Dr.Lee so far and looking forward to complete my treatment with Dr. Lee and his team.

Dr. Lee's staff are some of the friendliest you'll find at any practice. Appointments were always handled on time and Dr. Lee always made sure to address any concerns with the treatment and progress as long as you brought them up. Overall, I'd recommend this practice to anyone, not just for their punctuality but also the quality of service.

I’m thrilled with my Invisalign results. I also appreciate that I paid a one-time price for all the treatment, including the need for additional retainers. The staff is very friendly, and making it easy to schedule my appointments has also provided me a great experience

Front desk Larissa is super unaccommodating apparently they’re open Monday through Thursday and Dr. Lee is only there Tuesdays and Thursdays and there’s nobody else who can see me. I’ve explained to the front desk that my work hours make it extremely difficult and I can only come on Tuesdays where I work 12 hour shifts four days a week and every time I’m offered a Thursday appointment. and that’s after you sign a contract and I have stated all of these concerns before I signed it.

Dr. Lee was wonderful! He was so kind and patient in explaining everything. Larissa at the front desk is amazing too!! The space is beautiful, looking forward to coming back soon.
