I received exceptional care from hygienist Ms. McFadden during my visit for routine cleaning today. I was off my game so to speak and abnormally tense due to gum pain, but Ms. McFadden was remarkably professional and attentive to my needs throughout the cleaning process. She also gave me the clearest instructions I’ve ever received on proper care for improving gum health and reassured me of my smile. I look forward to bringing my A game in the near future - SGT Matt Velasco

I just want to say Mrs. Evans the front desk receptionist has made this place a great experience for me. I told her I was graduating in a week and medpros was showing red for me. I had to have 2 fillings that I missed due to my own fault, and it worked out that I was able to take my friend’s appointment that day (who didn’t have an appointment) and she scheduled me another appointment for the very next day. She was all very kind and patient with me and she treats all other patients with decency and respect. Every worker there should follow her example!! Thank you Mrs. Evans! :)

Extremely unprofessional secretariat. I had to call 12 times for them to answer. When they did, I was polite and patient and the first thing they did was give me attitude. I called because my appointment wasn't reflecting in the systems and I wanted to verify that it was in there. I got hit with "You know you can look it up right? " I've had them pick up and immediately hang up. I know their arms hurt from having to lift a phone to their face instead of food but this is ridiculous. I hate having to call them, or deal with them in any way. They hate their jobs, and they hate you. At the very least they should be fired and replaced with people who have some decency.

All the negative reviews had me worried, but I had a great experience at dental. Everyone was respectful, kind, and patient. The dentist answered several curious questions I had and gave me good advice. The dental assistant and hygienist both had pleasant "bedside manner."
The hygeinist was gentle with my gums but very thorough.
I'm removing 1 star because its obvious that they have a strong focus on efficiency with the speaker system. I've also never had to pick up and put on my own radiation bib before. It's not a bad thing, but does keep it short of a 5 star experience.

The absolute worst dental experience I've ever had in my entire life. The front desk staff are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, accompanied with a bad attitude. I tried on 2 separate occasions to get a mouth guard fitted where they canceled the appointment after me waiting for an hour in the waiting room and after being checked in. Second time, I miss class and wait for over 2 hours for an appointment after being checked in and the lady says my appointment was canceled again. She said she looked at my file and was calling my phone number incorrectly but it's my fault for her not reading it or my number in the system that was used correctly previously for my other exams. Just excuses and lack of responsiblity here. From the looks of previous reviews we need a admin staff change badly but sadly nothing will happen like always.
