Nichole (lord I hope I spelt her name right-the lady with the cool nose ring!) is absolutely amazing! This place is spectacular. They always give me all the information and never have any issues explaining something to me. Very easy to make an appointment, and you can tell they flow as a team family not just co workers-we need more of that in the work place to get things done efficiently and right. They are definitely setting the standard high and I’m here for all of it. 10/10 recommend.

The staff at Smile Frederick is always great. All the girls at the front desk are helpful and happy. We love having Hailey and Joy help us. With scheduling. Michelle our tech today was also great and got us in and out. Dr. Davoody is also always thorough and quick! Kerry is also great with helping you understand your process. My daughter’s teeth are also looking amazing in just over 1 year 😍

LJ made our experience fast and friendly! She interacted with our younger daughter who wasn’t the patient as well which was very welcoming. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the treatment plan my daughter would need and the payment options available to us. We have been coming to this office for years now and would recommend it to anyone for sure.

I had such a nice experience working with Kerry, the treatment coordinator. She was very kind and personable, as well as informative. She gave me all the information she could right up front, and was prompt in contacting others to address questions she did not have the answer to. Overall, a great experience!

Kerry is fantastic. She has dealt with both my kids and she couldn't be more kinder and patient. Dr. Davoody is awesome. She makes sure to explain what is going on and what may need to be done.
