Everyone in the office is ALWAYS professional and friendly! Very Short wait time. I absolutely love my experience at Smile Doctors! They did an excellent job on my two sons braces, also I am so happy with my new smile!. Highly recommended.

1. Doctor walks up and starts working on your teeth without any explanation
2. Assistants seem confused whenever they get direction from the doctor
3. They’re only open in this location 5-6 days per month
4. They never filed with my insurance costing me money
5. When I found out about insurance I asked the front desk for someone to contact me about it. Nobody ever did.
6. I emailed a woman at the office requesting a call. She never called and only corresponded via email. Outside perfunctory HR speak there was no attempt to remedy the situation.
7. The cherry on top… they use a third party call service so you can’t talk to an actual employee on the phone. This third party says they can’t directly contact Smile Doctors they can only leave a message for them with your concern.

Staff is amazing and orthodontist is awesome. I was pregnant during this time and they made sure I was safe and comfortable.
Edit: 03/01/2017 the experience is still one of the best in a dental office. I've moved due to military and they are making it so easy to transfer out. Really good honest people here. Financially theyll work with you. I've had some problems paying lately but they really understood my situation. It's not all about money, they really care about your health. They even took care of my twins while the orthodontist did his duty. They didn't have to but I really appreciated that cause I needed the help. It just showed how much they really care for everyone that walks through those doors. Very clean, professional, positive environment!

Both of my children went to Middle Tn Ortho and I would highly recommend! The entire staff is fabulous, kind, and always smiling!
Results were amazing! Love everything about our experiences there! They will address all your concerns and make you feel right at home! I guarantee you'll love them too!
