I was under a treatment at another ortho office . I had my braces on for 6 years , I had got them off and they took them off just to take them off . I got referred to Dr.folks, I’m very happy with my end result, He also recommended a tongue , lip, and cheek tie release to help close the rest of the gaps . I was really nervous about it, it was hands down the best decision. I don’t snore or have sleep apnea anymore! Thank you Dr.Folks and staff for getting my smile back ❤️

Great staff. They get us in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Fulks is friendly and knowledgable. We're not 100% pleased with the pontics retainer on our son and neither is Dr. Fulks. He is making him a new one once the teeth settle- post braces removal. We take all three kiddos there. They offer discounts for multiple family members, as well as for nurses!

We are so happy with my daughters new smile! The staff is amazing. We always had tons of questions and they always took time to answer each question and make sure she was comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend Smile Construction. Very convenient with three locations! We even got her braces off a couple months earlier than expected

We loved our experience once again at Smile Construction! My daughter and my son’s teeth both look amazing! The staff is the absolute best and Dr. Fulks is an artist with their teeth. 3 kids down and 1 to go. Best orthodontist and staff!

I went to orthodontist two years ago and 1got my braces done and after that they shut down the business and my teeth shift it. It was looking very bad. My dentist recommended me to go to dr. Fulks she told me he’s one of the best orthodontist here in Nashville I’ve been with them for a few months I like the service I like the doctor, finally I got it done and I am so happy with my teeth with beautiful smile. I recommend . To anyone want to have a beautiful smile. Smile construction orthodontics . Is the place to go.
