Dr. Meagan, Ms. Wells and the entire staff…thank you for understanding my unique situation and accommodating me. I have been going through Ortho treatment (off and on) since I was a teenager and have had anxiety about it as a result. And just when I was afraid of things not working out in the end, you all made a way when you did not necessarily have to. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service!!!
If I could leave 100 STARS I would !! Kylah , Shelby and Dr.Meagan are all so fantastic at what they do!! Since the first day I walked in the door for my consultation I was greeted with bright smiles and happy attitudes from all staff members. However Kylah and Shelby at the front desk are SUPERSTARS and always help me when I’m needing assistance with any questions. Dr.Meagan is so FREAKING nice and very knowledgeable at what she does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone looking to correct their smile. LOVE YOU GUYS !
Went in to get a consultation for Invisalign. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. They did a thorough exam of my mouth and the Dr. gave me recommendations moving forward. I left with a payment plan and all the info I needed.
I’m really glad I got my braces on with Silver Smiles. Getting braces as an adult can be a daunting experience especially because you can feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about having them on. However the staff has been nothing but kind, supportive, and professional to me. All of my questions have been answered and any concerns I had were addressed. Silver smiles was recommended to me by my dentist when I asked for a reference for an orthodontist. I was looking to get clear liners for my teeth. I am not a person who traditionally likes going to the dentist. However, the staff was very accommodating, energetic, and positive in working with my reluctant disposition. Most importantly, a year later after wearing the liners my teeth look great and I am very happy with the results.
