I needed a redo for a failed root canal. The entire procedure was painless. Dr Sayer is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He is a rock star! The office is immaculate and the staff all have smiles and function as a well polished team. As a retired vascular surgeon I appreciate all these attributes. We are blessed to have a pro like Dr Sayer to help us.

Blown away by the service and care I received here when I went for my root canal. The office is beautiful and the women up front are friendly and courteous. Very quick to be seen, spent a total of 6-7 minutes in the waiting room between 2 visits. I was unlucky enough to have one of the rare angry root/pulp issues and couldn't complete the RCT on the first visit (nothing to do with the doctor or the procedure at all). Even through those circumstances, I was treated extremely well. I never once felt like a name and some numbers in a patient file. The second procedure to finish my root canal was amazing. If it had lasted 3 minutes longer, I would've fallen asleep. Zero discomfort, zero pain, finished quickly. Dr. Sayer is phenomenal in his profession. Truly felt like I was being worked on by the best and I appreciate it so much. A quick nod to Della as well. She sat with me and talked about random stuff as well as the procedure and had an answer for any questions I had. She knew I was very nervous and anxious and I realize now the reason she gave me her time like that. It really helped a lot and she's an angel for that. There's a reason this practice is rated as high as it is and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

First visit to Dr. Sayer's office was extremely pleasant and the staff was very kind and professional. He referred me to a TMJ specialist. However, when I telephoned his office again to get an appointment regarding another tooth issue, I was grilled by a Gestapo dental receptionist that was not able to listen, put the phone down with I tried to explain the situation and attempted to diagnosis me over the phone and tell me what was going on in my mouth - the receptionist.

I was refered to Dr Sayer from my Family Dentist. He did all testing to make sure a Root Canal was what I needed. He couldn't do the procedure that day but saw that I was in a lot of pain and numbed the tooth so I could get some relief. (Best gift ever!!!!) He made sure I had the proper meds to take care of the tooth until the day of the procedure. On the day of the Root Canal....he did everything possible to make sure I felt no pain...including extra numbing. I cant Thank them enough, you all are my heros!! Ohh Awesome Staff as well!

The experience was the BEST. I barely felt any pain. The doctor and staff made sure I was comfortable. I give this office staff 10/10. Customer service was very professional.
