The technician my daughter had today for braces was Emma and she was so nice and knowledgeable. She made my daughter and feel secure about the process and it went by so quickly. And thank you Dr. Wood, at first we thought my daughter needed 4 molars removed but now thankfully, looks like we are keeping them to help her smile complete! Also Ms. Jessica is amazing and very good at getting back to us parents! The communication here is very good I must say. I also appreciate the Latino young lady at the check in desk and the blonde young lady that sits beside her, they make you feel heard and they make getting in and out a breeze. It’s also very clean here and we like that they play music.
We love and enjoy coming to Salem Smiles. The staff are always kind, courteous and welcoming. My children feel comfortable and they enjoy the independence of checking in, checking out and also making their own follow-up appointments. Great atmosphere, Salem Smiles is building their confidence with a great smile along with their social interactions.
My daughter and I went for a consult and every person we encountered was very nice and professional. Dr. Woods and Kim made sure we understood everything and took the time to answer all our questions. They really put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend.
As always we have been treated with the utmost respect and my little girls love actually going to theses appointments right now because they love the people that they interact with. They make you feel at home and the the rocking chairs in the lobby is just fantastic.
They're always friendly and can get my child in last minute in the event of emergencies. The staff is very thorough with explaining the process and my child is very happy with the results!
