I don’t do good at most Dentist & Doctors . But I was so amazed at the Best experience I ever had at this dentist. I had 2 teeth extracted & painless needle & never knew the 2 teeth were out . Thank You I found me a definite keeper as a Dentist!!! Will highly recommend!!! 10 Ty Dr Hieu it’s been 8 hours since the extraction & no pain 💯🙌🏼🏆
My husband and I are so happy Dr Jones will be preparing the needed dentures and implants (for snap on). It is obvious he enjoy his work and will do a great job. He was very particular to take time to measure for the perfect fit and select the color with our involvement. The entire staff were all friendly and helpful. Melissa’s (?) knowledge of insurance was impressive. It can be so complicated. She took her time to explain and make sure I understood the options and what to expect. We are so glad we were referred to Royal Oak in Siler City. It’s worth the drive from Greensboro to have confidence the dentures and implants will be handled with the utmost care and concern.
Dr. Win and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. He and his staff are great at making you feel comfortable and is great at relaxing anxitious patient's. He is kind, gentle and has a great personality, not to mention extremely funny. The staff are very courteous and friendly. I would definitely refer all my family and friends to Royal Oaks.
The dentist and assistants are nice. I did have an issue with being given a price of 30 dollars for a fluoride treatment. I knew insurance wouldn't pay for this. When I went to check out I was told 30 dollars then the amount was quickly changed to 44 dollars since I have insurance. I would have skipped the treatment if I had known. And it's inconsiderate to penalize me for having insurance when the treatment isn't covered anyway.
I've been to a few dentists over the years, civilian and military. Royal Oak is a top notch Dental office. They take the time to get to know their patients, and help you feel like you're in good hands.
