Coming in I was greeted and immediately attended the young lady upfront was nice and very helpful, she was able to explain the process and what I was going to look forward to. Not long passed when I was called to come in, I was received by one of the sweetest, she took my X-ray and she also explained everything that was going on ,making me feel comfortable and aware. I mind you I get super nervous when it comes to dentist and doctors but overall everything was going great. They were able to take me in and within a few minutes they had the doctor come in to check me I believe his name is Dr.Ramos, he was talking with his co-worker at first about the X-rays and while examining my teeth I didn’t comprehend anything they were saying they were using their dentist code 😅😅😅 but after Dr.Ramos was very kind enough to explain my X-rays so I truly appreciate him for that. Overall the process went very well, I just needed a filling after all, during the process I didn’t feel no pain once so ever, I felt very comfortable, the staff was super kind so my overall experience here I will rate it 10/10 I was extremely satisfied, I think I have found my new dentist 🦷😊

Dr. Amiri is truly one of the best dentists I've been to. Her staff is all very pleasant. She extracted both of my bottom wisdom teeth and zero complications and my wisdom teeth were bad!!! It's been a week and I'm healing nicely!!! Thanks to everyone at royal dentist associates!!!!

I was so impressed when I went to Royal Dental for the first time in 2018. The office was very inviting as well as being nicely decorated. I had no problem returning to get some work done the was unexpected. I always feel good when I leave because they always give you a plan the us affordable. They also do a great job.

After explaining to the receptionist when booking told her since I needed an exam before the cleaning because I miissed my last I need it to be the same day. She said the hygienist is only there on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. After getting my exam, the young lady was about to do my cleaning when I asked her to change her gloves because she had the gloves on and touched everything in room. She took her gloves off, so she’ll be right back 10 minutes later I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on because I had to go to work the doctor Exams to see what type of cleaning had needed. Then they come back and tell me that they had to schedule my cleaning for another day when I only needed the regular cleaning and she had already started the process so the hygienist was upset because I asked her to change her gloves that she was going to put her hands On the tools that went in my mouth, as well as her fingers being in my face and in my mouth while cleaning, so I got rescheduled, but they lied and made up all these excuses. Since I posted this I get a letter of them Royal Dental explaining of of discontinuing our relationship. Bad business

Was my Dentist for 7 years love the Doctor the Dentist she is very polite and sweet But unfortunately I had to choose another dentist The receptionist act very biased and racist and very uneducated with their jobs as receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable ask to speak with the management they refuse to and denied me the privilege Please be careful who you allow to work on your staff. They can destroy your Business And they were new receptionist I don't want there service 04/1/2024
