I had a wonderful experience in this clinic. I have been to numerous dentists in multiple places and I can say without any hesitation, that the doctor and her staff are the best. They explained everything thoroughly and guided me to choose the best treatment plan. They were very comprehensive in explaining all the possible clinical outcomes and made me feel relaxed throughout the entire process. The doctor was precise in diagnosis , empathetic in listening to my concerns and possessed great clinical acumen. Thank you Riverwalk !
I truly just can’t speak highly enough of this office and its staff. I, like a lot of people, am terrified of the dentist and will go years without seeing one. I finally said enough was enough, and made an appointment with them. I told them about my anxiety with the dentist and when I say they went completely out of their way to make me comfortable, I mean it wholeheartedly. They took their time and explained everything, kept me involved, talked to me instead of over me, and listened to my worries. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Even the general environment itself, between the furnishings and the receptionist, were super comforting. Would 100% recommend! Included here is a picture of a welcome sign they even put on the elevator that helped shake the nerves on my way up 🥹
Absolutely love Dr.Reji. She does a phenomenal job, takes her time, and makes sure I’m doing okay when I’m having work done since I get bad anxiety. Staff is also great! Very kind, professional and caring. Overall a great place!
Update- I called the office twice about this. No one ever contacted me and instead sent me a letter discharging me from their practice. Be forewarned. I had to cancel an appointment on a Monday morning for a Monday afternoon appointment because I had a migraine. This office charged me a $100 fee (that I was not informed of until the day of said appointment) because I canceled less that 24 hours before. Last time I checked there is no way to foresee a migraine- let alone 3 days prior because they’re closed on Sundays. I was told because of this circumstance (and it was my first time canceling on the same day) the doctor would waive it. Yet today I received a bill in the mail for said $100. I am a local physician in the area and not only will I never go back to this office I will tell every patient to avoid this place.
I am SO thankful we switched to Riverwalk Dental Arts. The entire staff have been top notch. Thank you for going over and beyond to ease my anxiety about going to the dentist. I could not recommend this wonderful place more!!!
