From the moment I walked in this place, I felt comfortable, and welcomed. The staff are all kind, and very professional. Most people have a fear of going to the dentist, but here at Ridge Pike, they make you feel like it’s going to be a very easy going experience. The waiting area is built like a high end lobby at some fancy law firm. With the warm dark tones around you to put you at easy. My dental tech Ashley (if I remember correctly) was nothing short of amazing. Charming and bubbly personality, who was quick, and gentle with the work she did with me. Honestly if she isn’t cleaning my teeth, I don’t want anyone else lol. The back rooms were also a change of pace from what I’m used to. They have TVs you can watch as you get worked on, along with these fancy glasses you wear to keep the light, and water out of your eyes. I can say as long as I live where I’m at, I have found my forever dentist office. Again, I never fear going to the dentist, but I take pleasure in enjoying that I’m working with great professionals. Who know what they are doing.

Absolutely thrilled I found this location! I was having a dental emergency and they could get me in the same day. I've been coming back ever since and love everything about it. The staff are all wonderful to work with and the building is beautiful inside as well.

Friendly staff, clean facility. The team at Ridge Pike Dental are top notch. They are very attentive and listen to any concerns that I may have. I don't love going to the dentist, but when I do, the team at Ridge Pike makes it a pleasant experience.

I have never walked out of a dentist with a more positive outlook than I have here. I’m typically very anxious going to the dentist, however, the hygienist and dentist made this a wonderful experience. They were nothing short of caring, empathetic, personable, and knowledgeable. They answered so many of my questions and you can tell they want what’s best for their patients. They were very quick to provide next steps for treatment options. The billing administrator and front desk were also very kind and answered all of my questions. The team all around was fantastic! 😊

I have been to quite a few dentist offices in my lifetime but never experienced Quality care like I have at Ridge Pile dental! Dr. Rafferty has an amazing technique with injecting the area in prep for dental work. He also communicates what he is doing along the way, on top of checking to make sure I was ok. He has a great assistant who made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedures. I one thousand percent recommend this dental practice!!
