My visit was great! My dental hygienist, Kristy, is amazing and does a thorough job. Dr. Shane was great as well and the staff is very friendly!

Kristy is a such a good hygienist. She is very attentive and thorough doing her work. I always enjoy seeing her and getting my teeth cleaned by her.

I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned 3 weeks in advance and was called Monday to verify my appointment, then Tuesday to verify my appointment, and Wednesday morning 2 hours before my cleaning appointment I was called and told they were canceling appointments for today and I was one of them. I was also told they wont have any additional openings for another week.
This company has a cancelation fee if i were to cancel on them before my appointment but must not care about there clients time or money spent.
I took off from work and woke up early for this appointment and this is absolutely terrible business. I do understand how businesses are ran as I own my own company and this is not the right way to treat a customer. I strongly urge anyone looking for a good dentist to keep looking these people are not it if I could give them less than a 1 star rating I truly would.

I’ve been seeing Kristy for years and she always does such a great job cleaning my teeth. She’s extremely gentle and very nice! I love the atmosphere of the office and all the staff.

I cannot praise Dr. Ryan Boylan at RB Comprehensive Dentistry enough! I’m in the process of getting a dental implant, and the most crucial part of the procedure didn’t go as planned—the post didn’t integrate and became mobile, which wasn’t the fault of the dentist. This procedure was originally done by another dentist who no longer works there. Dr. Batista identified the issue, and Dr. Boylan graciously redid the procedure at no extra expense to me, adding extra “bells and whistles” to ensure effectiveness.
Dr. Boylan is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and a true perfectionist. The procedure he redid is intensive and typically results in soreness and discomfort warranting pain medication. However, despite my very low pain tolerance, I didn’t take a single pain medication. When I tell you I felt no pain or soreness whatsoever, I am not exaggerating. I even took a deep nap that afternoon and woke up panicked, thinking I had missed my dental appointment because I felt so normal!
The entire staff at RB Comprehensive Dentistry is fantastic. Dr. Batista is another incredible dentist who deserves special mention. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist, just like Dr. Boylan. Meredith is an incredibly skilled and wonderful dental assistant. The front desk team is always welcoming and helpful.
At 52 years old, I’ve never had such a positive experience at the dentist. Dr. Ryan Boylan and Dr. Batista have been a tremendous blessing to me, and I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever! Thank you for everything!
