Fantastic reception, always good service,so 5+ for all my previous visits, but…my son went there to put in a filling. I went there before his visit and confirmed that he needs a filling. They left the note in his file for the record. I was in a business trip at the time of his appointment, we confirmed everything on the phone again “filling”. He came back home with a crown on a tooth and bill for $2.5k. He is a minor, my question is:” When did they start putting crowns on healthy tooth instead of small filling”? In the Hippocratic Oath, the physician pledges to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to his abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live exemplary personal and professional life.

My first visit to Premier. I chose it due to the great reviews of Dr Lake. From being greeted to all the normal xray etc for annual checkup was great. They are pretty high tech! Jazmin was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Dr Lake was also very personable. The only thing I wish is that my needed deep cleaning couldn’t be scheduled any sooner than Oct 14th. 😟
I would definitely recommend.

I really like the Premiere Dental office at 171st Lakeside. The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Rahman is the best! He is so kind and understanding and reassuring. He patiently listened to what my issues were and made sure I was taken care of. I really trust him. He did a fantastic job!

Such a great place. Definitely values your time. Always prompt with appointments and doesn't make you wait. Reception is kind with a drink offer when you check in.

I recently made an appointment because I’m experiencing tooth pain and I was feeling very anxious about getting it looked at. Dr. Osterling and the nurse that was assisting him (shame on me because I cannot remember her name) were fantastic!!! I had expressed I was nervous and they put me at ease and presented me the information and options that I needed. The receptionist was wonderful and honestly so was everyone in the establishment. I’ve only been to this clinic once but I feel confident giving this place 5 stars.
