I had an appointment for my 7 year old daughter today. This was such a good experience. My daughter had had really bad experiences at other dentist, and they kept her so calm it wasn’t even a big deal. Us as parents need to realize that some times things have to be done to get our babies taken care of. These women were amazing today and I couldn’t have asked for more. They were kind, patient and so well informed. I trust them to get what needs done done.

My daughter had her baby K9 pulled this morning and it was flawless. She praised the man who did the numbing and the dentist. It was completely painless from beginning until end.

I'm leaving this review in regards to the consult my son and I received today. Tiffany, the office manager, was amazing and really took her time to explain thoroughly the planned treatment and ease my concerns.
The low overall rating has me slightly concerned but I try to keep in mind people are more likely to share a negative experience than a positive one because a positive experience is expected so it can be jarring when that standard is not met. I will leave another review after my son has the work done. Today was definitely a positive experience with all the staff but a special shout out to Tiffany! She's a very kind and genuine person with great customer service.

I love the team on bluffton road!! I’ve been to two different locations to get my son extractions done and seemed like nobody was comfortable wantin to deal with a scared 6yr old, to where I was gonna have to pay 600 just for him to get surgery. They were in and out less than 2 hours and I’m sooo relieved we got everything done that needed to get done! Thank you Donna, your so sweet & pippin dental team!

Amateur's at best. Any professional dentistry knows you should never pull teeth from both sides of a child's mouth in the same day.
DO NOT GO HERE! We never will again. MY DAUGHTER IS IN EXTREME PAIN!
