Needed a new retainer and I’m glad I went to Pickering. Jim and his team are fantastic! Great service and a super friendly staff. Walter was great to work with and made it an enjoyable experience. You can tell they really care about their patients, can’t recommend them enough.

Huge thank you to everyone at Pickering & Allen Orthodontics. Wyatt got his expander in 2nd grade. Now, at the end of 7th grade he is finished with his 2nd phase of braces.
The last 5 years we have built friendships and met some amazing people. I truly owe our wonderful experience to this girl right here. Chloe has been with us from the very first consultation and connected with Wyatt instantly. Wyatt never wanted to see anyone else, so we would try our best to schedule when she was the Fountain City office. We even drove out west for one appointment because that’s where she was for the day we needed. He even had a note on his chart that said if Chloe was there, that’s who he would see. 🤣🤣 She is 100% the reason why we will return when it is time for my daughter to get braces!!
I’m also sending a thank you to Bethany for taking care of Wyatt when we couldn’t get him in with Chloe! You’re a solid duo and when Whitleigh gets her braces, her note will say Chloe first, Bethany second. 🤪

Kim is the absolute best!! She has handled my case from the beginning and has done an amazing job! She’s gentle and doesn’t hurt you and she explains everything she does! Dr.Pickering, Dr.Allen, and Dr.Hallal are the greatest! They’re super kind and thoughtful they walk you through the whole process step by step and answer any questions you may have. The front desk ladies are the sweetest and will always help you schedule an appointment that works for you! Mary, Debra, and Diane in the lab do the behind the scenes work making the models and retainers there’s absolutely no one better than them! The whole Pickering and Allen team is amazing they are by far the best Orthodontist in Knoxville!
