I just had such a nice experience here! Misty was great and made me feel so comfortable (and excited!) to start my Invisalign treatment. The office is beautiful and convenient. They were also having the sweetest event with flowers and cookies. Highly recommend!

If you are in need of an orthodontist give Pickering & Allen a call!! Highly recommend. A few yrs ago when we lived in AL my daughter had braces taken off & permanent retainers on top & bottom. Not thinking we’d need to worry much about it. Well 3 yrs later & her top retainer broke while getting ready for school. Not knowing where to go I called Pickering & Allen, they got her in the same afternoon. She opted for a clear retainer instead of the permanent 1 being replaced. Dr. Pickering was wonderful friendly & made her feel comfortable. We were even given a discount on her new retainer. If we’re ever in need of orthodontic work I’ll definitely use them again!

There are not enough strong words to describe how expectational, tender-hearted, patient, and loving Dr. Pickering and his team (especially Kim) care for their patients. My shy, quiet spoken daughter came to Dr. Pickering not wanting to smile, and they devotedly worked with her through her treatment (making needed adjustments along the way to make her life easier),and she proudly smiles in middle school with a new confidence that makes a mama’s heart swell. Dr. Pickering and his team took the time to get to know my daughter (and all her activities) so she felt welcomed and cherished each time she walked through the doors. They are the Chick-fil-a of orthodontia- paying attention to every detail, loving their patients like family, and wanting the best for them through every step, and always greeting everyone with a smile. The ease of getting appointments, understanding the process, and care my daughter received are what other offices need to take notes on. It’s more than a perfect smile that they gave my daughter- it’s the confidence that they gave her to take on whatever comes her way. And for that- I will always be grateful Dr. Pickering, Kim, and his team and how they are building up so many other people.

I love going here all the orthodontists & staff are so nice and helpful! Kathleen is my absolute favorite assistant! She’s always in a great mood and makes me laugh every time!! She also explains everything so well & is so gentle when working on my teeth!

The phrase "It takes a village" can't ring more true when it came to the wonderful experience I had at Pickering & Allen Orthodontics. I am grateful beyond measure. Words can not express my gratitude to every staff member I encountered. From Mrs. Turner's way of making me feel at ease when I was scheduling my visit she was informative and had a tender sense of humor that immediately relaxed me. Ms. Dawn, being so understanding when life happens and I had to reschedule she helped me find the time that was right and actually worked with me to do so. She listen to me and didn't make me feel like I was taking up her time. It meant a lot. Finally to Ms. Misty who had so much patience when I am in the appointment on the verge of tears as a grown adult! Not to mention everyone in the building I just happened to notice had smiles on their faces. Thank you all for making my fears a little less and my day a whole lot better. I am truly grateful.
