Disappointed in the lack of knowledge when calling about an issue with an invoice. Multiple transfers then attitude being given when asking what a charge is. They also lack proper phone etiquette. Multiple employees put me on hold or transferred the call without even informing me who I was being transferred to. This lead to incorrect transfers and about 30 mins to figure out a charge. The customer service use to be much better it has definitely declined. Advice for new docs deciding between software and different dental supply companies, do not use this company for your software or office needs.

Patterson dental is absolutely amazing . The technicians and reps always go above and beyond . Recently I had ceph installation at my office . The technician Mr. Taylor tracked the package and showed up at my office 2 hours after the package arrival to make sure that the ceph is installed and ready to be used as per my need . Last week my 15 + years old autoclave went down suddenly and Patterson techs personally delivered an autoclave to my office within hours at no charge to me . I started my journey with Patterson in 2015 and have had the pleasure to work with Rosemerry , Steve smith , Jenny McLaughlin , Jay Laois ( she gets back to me even if I text her on Sunday !!) Kevin Parker , Al ( my Adec buddy ) and many other technicians . Thank you all that I have known and the ones who work behind the scenes to make a dentist’s life easier . May you all always be blessed . Thank you for your excellent work ethics 🙏🏻

Excellent dental supply company that offers the best dental supplies and materials! Our customer service rep Rosemary is fantastic with communication and is always willing to help my dental practice. Their techs are top notch for installing and repairing equipment.
