My children are currently undergoing treatment here and we LOVE this office and the staff! The moment we walk into the office for our appointments, we are treated to a warm welcome from everyone we encounter. From remembering details about their patients' lives to stocking snacks, Dr. Palermo and staff make you feel at home. They are flexible, responsive and truly wonderful people. I can't say enough good things about them. As far as treatment goes, Dr. Palermo has been fantastic. He is attentive to detail in ensuring that everything is moving in the right direction, explains everything, and doesn't rush the process, ensuring a job well done. My husband and I have both been through orthodontics ourselves, and we are impressed with our children's experiences here so far. As a parent of patients for the past 2 years, I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Palermo and ALL of his staff are friendly, professional and so genuinely caring of my daughter. They care about more than just my daughter’s teeth; they see and respect her as a whole child and help her feel comfortable and at ease in their office. She just finished the first phase of braces and has a smile she’s proud to share with the world.

I’ve had braces 3 times in my life and no dentist could get it right.
I was always nervous going to a dentist to fix my smile but Dr. Palermo made me feel so at ease. His honesty and patient care is truly what sets him apart from anybody I’ve ever been too. I no longer have crooked teeth and the process was seamless!!!!
Staff member Hailey always made me feel welcomed the second I walked in the door☺️

I can’t say enough great things about everyone at Embrace. I’ve had two of my kids go there and most recently myself. They make you feel at home and truly treat you like family (including Jojo the therapy dog!) It is clear from the beginning that their goal is to provide you with the best orthodontic care. Bonus, they do it will cool tech and 100% compassion. If I could give 7 stars I would. I would say that if you are hesitant about getting your smile right, don’t be! They will make you feel like a million bucks and you will make some friends in the process.
