I have been scared my whole life to get my teeth work done. With that said, Dr. Pack is an amazing person to go to. He made me comfortable from the 1st day. Denise at the front desk is very kind and personable. The assistants, I wish I remembered their names, are also kind and welcoming. My teeth look amazing, and I have my confidence back to smile big! Dr. Pack is AWESOME!!! We have been coming here long enough for him to give 2 of my daughters the most beautiful smiles. He is affordable and they give great options for payments. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to get to know you and your children. I still have 1 daughter left that will need braces and this is where we will be coming. I wouldn't trust my daughters smiles to anyone else.

We love our orthodontist and his staff! I am a mother of four from Mt Juliet TN and my family have been patients of Dr Pack's office since 2007. We have always felt welcomed and super comfortable with Dr Pack and his office staff. From our first consultation to now being in our 6th set of braces, we have seen three of our children's smiles transformed. The flow of the office is always upbeat and super flexible! I love that they value my time and are always punctual for appointment times. I know in a pinch I can move appointments last minute without any issues. My children love the staff and always look forward to their visits!
