I’ve continued to make calls and I’ve sent emails with no response. I had a two year plan that started beginning of 2022 of which my son was last seen when the hurricane hit (9/2022). After the hurricane he had his braces removed in 2023 and had no visits in 2023 outside of the removal. I lived in another city and it is not possible for me to drive to their office during their hours.
They don’t call you back, they don’t answer calls, they don’t respond to emails. BUT they DO continue to charge you the contract amount OUTSIDE of the dated contract. At this point I’ve cancelled my card and STILL have not received a call, but receive text for a balance due. I’ve spoken to TWO people prior to cancelling my card and they claim they will see how much I owe for services “received” but he only had one appointment since the hurricane till the removal no one has given me a call back.
If you want to pay for services not received this is the place for you. Just like other people state in the reviews- lazy!
I will remove this review if I get a call back. If this is still on google it’s because they haven’t.

I can't speak for the quality of work yet, as my child hasn't had his braces put on yet. What I can attest to is that the office staff is lazy and unprofessional. I tried to stop by the office multiple times to pay for my child's braces, each time the door was locked. I tried knocking and calling multiple times with no answer. There is a calendar posted on the front door with the hours of business, and I was well within those hours listed. I finally came back about 20 minutes later and the door was still locked, but this time I just continued to knock obnoxiously. A girl finally came to the door and snippily asked if I had an appointment, which I stated no, I did not, I was there to pay for my child's braces. When I walked in, there were 2 other girls just sitting there at the front desk, doing nothing. The whole time I was there, the phones never rang and there was no one else in the lobby, so they were not busy. They could not find my contract and made it seem like I was a complete inconvenience. What a great way to lose business.

No hassle ! I came in , had my consultation and braces put on the same day ! All the girls were super helpful in explaining everything to me . Definitely recommend

I came in to have a consultation for invisalign, amy was extremely professional in assisting with the process and made me very comfortable. Dr. Smith also then made me feel very comfortable, even though my treatment plan won’t be easy i’m very content in knowing this office will be taking care of me. Thank you for making me feel like I made the right decision choosing orthodontic specialist of Florida In port charlotte!
