This guy, Dr Phillip Bonds, did a real piece of bad work on me. I had braces under his care for years and he ruined my teeth. He since changed the name of his former orthodontic business, but its still the same guy who did bad work and ruined my teeth. I would STRONGLY advise using someone else to avoid the same situations I had the misfortune to experience. He has messed up other peoples teeth also, the reviews were removed. Still the same terrible orthodontist who did bad work on my teeth. At least 1 of his staff has given me more attitude and excuses than I will ever need from someone I have paid to do a job correctly. Have tried to get the original molds of my teeth and a complete set dental records several times. (And as the patient they belong to me). I was told the molds were broken after use. Still dont have a complete set of records. Ethics apparently went right out the window with the molds of my teeth and my complete set of records. Beware, they have done some shady things with my records, and could not have done it without the help of my former dentist.
My daughter is 11 and was very nervous about getting braces. The team was very helpful and made her feel safe and secure. They are very nice and make my child fears go away. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Customer service was great and Dr Patton and the Hygenist made me feel soo comfortable. I was very nervous about getting my braces but they were very graceful and pleasant to me. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of any medical or health professional I have ever had. My son wore braces from this place about 4 years. He regularly went to appointments, followed all instructions given. Unfortunately, I couldn't go with him to every appointment, being a widowed mother of 3 and working as a teacher, I just couldn't just take the time off to go to appointments. This may be the reason my son received such rude and poor service from the staff and doctors. Long story short, my son had a tooth that wasn't coming in like it should. I was told that this would be no problem for them to fix. It ended up they could not fix it and said wed have to go to an oral surgeon.OK so we went to an oral surgeon who told us that he couldn't do a tooth implant because my sons teeth were not in the right position! What?? After wearing braces for 4 years his teeth weren't in the right position?? The surgeon said the braces were either taken off too early or were completely ineffective??? Of course I called the office to inform them what the surgeon said, and all I can say is that their response was very rude and defensive! So,after all the time and money spent, we are back to square one!!! My son has to get braces AGAIN. We will NOT be going back to this place. So, unless you have a lot of time and money to waste, I wouldn't go to this place!
The office is high quality and comfortable. The staff is almost always kind and outgoing. The dentists are succinct and friendly. Overall satisfied with my treatment.
