This clinic is so far my best dental experience, and I have had many in Oakleaf area. Caring staff, clean place, amazing results. Both me and the person who came with me had some anxiety due to health and they were so patient and explored so many ways to make us feel at ease. I am a vertigo patient. My case is very serious. It was a wonderful experience! This will be my clinic. Most definitely. 🌺🌿

I am very upset with this office. I feel as if they took advantage of my daughter and performed procedures that she did not need, knowing that she didn’t understand. She’s 18 and this is her 2nd time going to the dentist on her own. They did call me with minimal charges that I authorized. But she gets there and her $80-$100 appointment is over $341. Then their response is that she’s 18 and signed for it. That’s fine. I will never go back or recommend anyone else again.

My very first experience there was the best. I walked in and wanted to schedule an appointment for the first time. The assistant at the front desk Mrs.Ashley was a total delight to speak with. My first visit was amazing I have not had that kind of attention and complete disclosure ever with a dentist. Dr. Lewis took her time and explained everything I would need. The whole team is very knowledgeable and thorough. I will be a getting all my dental needs taken care of there.

She really made me feel comfortable and trusting of her honesty and treatment plan. I’m so happy they took me as a patient! Definitely recommend!!

This dentist office is the most unprofessional office I've ever experienced in my 54 yrs of living. With my very first visit to the office no member of the staff was there to greet me. I stood at the front window for at least 4 to 5 mins before anyone came to check me in. That was the first disappointing issue. Once I was able to go thru all the paper work. I was called to the back to get x-rays, then lead to one of the examining chairs. While waiting to be examined, the front office lady comes to me and states, we don't carry this type of insurance.I told her what do you mean this appt was scheduled at the end of May? Upon my initial contact with this office I gave one of the staff members my dental ID numbers, group number etc. Everything that was asked of me for verification of my insurance and was told I was all set, appt made. I get to the appt 2 months later and then I'm told that my insurance is not accepted.
They had 2 months to check/verify then double checked again my insurance eligibility. If this issue had been look into more carefully within those 2 months I could have made an appt with another dental office. I took time off of work to make this appt to just be turned around after waiting 2 months to even get in. I am so very disappointed at the lack of professionalism this dental office displayed. With that being said. They really need to shut the office down for a day or two for complete training and overhauling the practice of this dental office. And at this point the disapproval that I feel with OakLeaf
Family Dentistry, I wouldn't bring my dog there to have his teeth cleaned.
