I’d give a negative rating if I could. The dentist lacks the skills for immediate dentures and the office has terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They will cancel last minute on you and if I could have asked a question that someone knew without having to “find out” I would have been shocked. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this place is a joke.
EDIT: it seems you charged my card which is so weird since “I wasn’t a patient.”
The lady said “the dentist doesn’t feel comfortable making immediate.” Which is it?
This literally proves my point on how goofy this office is.

I liked the office and the dentist. Staff nice. However, they are very inconvenient for my family. My husband scheduled an appointment and took off work and then they called him the day before to cancel. Fast forward to a month later, I had an appointment scheduled for 6 months. I took off work tomorrow for my appointment with them and they just called me this afternoon to cancel. Luckily my daughter goes to a different dentist who has never cancelled. I understand things come up but as new patients they cancelled on my husband and I within a month so it’s not a good sign. Our scheduled are too busy to deal with that.

I was told to be their at 4 pm snd even ik their closed then I just want my teeth so this place as been a inconvenience cux it been nothing but a cat and mouse game they don't call u back thst quick they don't send u a reminder and they use every thing thsts out of ur controle against u like me having a lawsuit being filed for a torn rotatercuff cuff and being sick witch I have no control on

Older woman with dark curly hair (seemed like a new employee) at front desk was complaining about being busy with 2 people in the place. Then talked bad about Chinese guy that didn't speak good English loud enough for the whole business to heat. Just very un-professional. The dentists are great but the front desk associates could use some customer service training of some sort. That's the first thing u think when u walk in and the last thing u think about when u walk out is the front desk. That needs to be better to make a better business.

I have never had such a positive experience with a dentistry! Everyone was warm and professional. I was so well taken care of here. An added plus for myself was the amount of femme presenting staff, who all put me at ease. Highly recommend Nu Smile!!!
