Went for a consultation and my daughter came back to the waiting room crying from the xrays. I asked her if she's ok and the women responded with she's here and alive. Went the women left the area I asked my daughter again what happened and she told me that they tried forcing her mouth open wider during the xrays and then when she put her hands in her mouth to look at her teeth she did it infront of me with trying to force my daughters mouth open wider. I definitely won't be getting braces here. I took my business to albany braces.

I have 2 kids that have received braces from Dr. Allwood. Everyone there is wonderful. They take the time to learn each child's name, they treat everyone with respect and kindness, and they teach the children to be independent and responsible for the care of their teeth. They are very patient. They also are very grateful for all their customers and show that appreciation with yearly opportunities to get together and have a great time. I recommend Dr. Allwood whenever I can. Thank you.

Once they received all their money, they tried to rush my daughter out the door. The way they left my daughters teeth is atrocious and will need to be fixed now by our dentist for another $4000 because the orthodontist could not be bothered. I'm so upset.

Love love love Dr. Allwood and her staff! So friendly and accommodating! Great with my son! The office is clean and has a lot to keep siblings busy while waiting! I would highly recommend!!

I heard about Dr. Allwood in passing and decided to take the leap after 8 years of trying not to smile in pictures. After 2 years of Allwood's guidance, braces, appointments and the like, I am proud to say that you can't stop me from smiling. And I owe it to Allwood and her exceptional staff.
If you're not happy with your smile...not sure if braces are for you...not confident in asking for help with something you DESERVE (looking good to yourself), then look no further: Northeast Orthodontic Associates will take care of you. Seriously.
