Dr. Geunes did an awesome job with my oral surgery. He was very kind and personable to the point he didn't seem like a doctor. Alexa, at the front desk, went above and beyond to assure my appointments worked out with my timeline and helped resolve my concerns regarding my insurance and refunds. I really appreciate the work they did for me and would highly recommend their practice!!! Randy
Staff (Alex) by far the greatest, friendly, polite and courteous. She went above and beyond my expectations to help me get in to see the surgeon. She was very understanding of my situation. Alex explained everything to where I could understand. Very trust worthy, said would be in touch first of week. But ended up it was morning next day. Staff like Alex makes me more at ease!
Alex at the front desk was the first sign that this place was the best. She was kind and caring about my situation and got me in the same day. I had my wisdom teeth removed over a week prior at Asheboro oral surgery and had a terrible experience at the appointment with them and in the interactions following so I decided to get a follow up elsewhere. I am so glad I ended up here. The doctor and the tech were incredibly patient and helpful. They were caring and he thoroughly checked and identified what was causing pain and came up with solutions. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! 10/5 stars!
Visit Highlight: professional and very friendly staff. Came here for my wisdom teeth removal consultation and it was very thorough and the oral surgeon took his time to explain the process and why he thinks further steps are needed. The office has a very clean, majestic vibe. If you are looking for an oral surgery place, this place is a good option to look into! Alex, the receptionist, will make you feel extremely comfortable and welcome with her shining personality.
I had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional and very kind. The entire process was smooth and they got me started on my braces the same day!!
