My first experience here was with Dr. Perez who's no longer there, her and her tech were amazing. I was skeptical when I had to use a new doctor but he was knowledgeable and nice so I proceeded. It's been a year and 4 months, sadly I'm not thrilled with the process. My work was $2200, unfortunately I now owe more because my insurance wouldn't approve all the needed work, not sure if the proper information wasn't submitted or if it's that my insurance is that horrible. I had two crowns done at once, tech put so much glue on one temp crown they had to numb me so it could be cut in order to remove. With your face being numb you can't help judge the new crown being done, that was painful. The bottom crown done same day, to this day still has pain when eating as the pressure hurts it and anything cold or hot leaves you with uncomfortable pain, so bad you don't want to eat on it. That was the point of getting it fixed... The third crown had discomfort but they filed it on top after the fact to adjust it more, which that should have been done prior so you're not removing the coating they have... However no pain on that one so I'll live. Sadly I can't and won't come back, I don't trust anyone and more is owed due to insurance rejection after the fact. I truly don't know what to think and held off on this review but I do know I've had three crowns prior from other dentists that never left me with this burden and pain I now feel from this last experience.
Five stars for my first visit, which included an exam and x-rays. From the time I walked in the office, the environment and staff were welcoming. I first met with the x-ray tech. After which the doctor came in to discuss my X-rays. Last, the dental hygienist checked my teeth to determine what kind of cleaning I will need and talked with me about the overall health of my teeth. I am very happy with my service.
I have received ongoing dental treatment here for the past 3+ years. The staff are talented and professional...and also have been real "kind" to this senior patient who has been in need of many major procedures. To me they represent " the art of gentle Dentistry".
Staff was great. My tech Kaylee was amazing . Give her a raise. Sam cleaned my teeth without hurting me- thanks. I'm glad I went to this place for my teeth.
Michaela was absolutely amazing! She took the time to truly explain everything, and she did an amazing job keeping my son comfortable. The doctor is extremely kind and informative, and Anita was amazing and helped us develop a treatment plan quickly and painlessly.
