They cleaned fine, but the first (and last) words out of the Dr.’s mouth were a push for Invisalign. I don’t think they even said hello, and I definitely didn’t catch their name. At no point did I ask about orthodontics, and I said I didn’t want them, but I was still handed a quote for it when I went to check out! Part of the entry paperwork asked if you had concerns about straightening teeth, and I clearly marked no. Yet they tried to set me up for a fitting appointment.
It was a lovely office, very pretty, very clean. They did a great job on the actual cleaning. So if you have a strong will, and are clear on what you want out of this, don’t hesitate on my account. But it doesn’t feel good when what should essentially be a medical procedure suddenly turns into a sales pitch.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. My hygienist Amanda is awesome! They always make sure you know what you're paying in advance and don't pressure you to have work done that you can't afford. The dentist is personable and kind and does great work! My teeth were extremely bad before I started going here to the point where I was hiding my smile because I didn't want to show my teeth and while I still have work to be done the dentist focused on what was important to me and got me my smile back :) I couldn't say enough nice things about them!!

Everyone was so kind and patient with me front desk staff is very professional and caring my assistant to the doctor she is the sweetest they made sure I was comfortable and not in any distress. The doctor was the best he was very patient and kind and professional and knows what he's doing. I will continue to use the Norfolk Dental Care for all my needs.

I had the most wonderful experience you could have with a tooth extraction!! I’d rather give birth than to go to the dentist but my experience was very nice and over very quickly! I didn’t even know the tooth was out! Great care and a great staff!!

I have gad the pleasure of meeting the staff as I entered the facility and 2 nurses Monica and Kate .I explained to both of them I was fearful of needles ,however they understood heartily. I admire the fact that they were were very caring a d guided me all the way Thank you Staff.
